Our heroine, Charlotte Baker has been following Will Repton stories and adventures and is half in love with him through reading them. Charlotte is very popular with the Gentleman of the town, so she does have suitors. But not suitors seem to give her the excitement she has when reading about Will. Will comes to her house one day after coming back to town for business. Will is a friend of Charlotte's brother in law. Charlotte quickly finds that he is just has interested in person as on paper. Will is taken back with Charlotte, and is quickly attracted to her. But Will has plans to continue his travels and doesn't see a wife in his near future. But their attraction is to hard for either of them to deny. This starts they story of what they had to overcome to find their happy ending. I really enjoyed this book and hope that you will too!.
