This is book one in "The de Montforte Brothers" series. Also, this is a second release of this book. The first was back around 1997 and I am so glad that they released it again. This has Lord Gareth de Montforte who is the all around historical hero. Loving, strong, tough, and loves kids. Juliet Paige has a infant daughter she is trying to take care of and is trying to head to her former fiance (he died) family. Where she on her way she is held up but is saved by Lord Gareth. This starts the their story and what they overcame to be together.
