Dark Rider
'Dark Rider' by by Sarah Mitchell is the story of Torin, Laird McGregor and Brianna. This is my first book by this author and truly enjoyed this story. So happy to have found Ms. Mitchell's books.
Torin has been promised in marriage a few times but his future brides run off or refuse to marry him. Torin is now visiting Brianna's father to set up a marriage with Brianna. Brianna knows nothing of this until the last minute when their marriage is to take place. Brianna has heard about Torin 'The Dark Rider' and tries to refuse to marry him. But between her parents and Torin she doesn't have much choice. At first Brianna doesn't see past what she has heard about Torin but she slowly starts to see that he isn't who everyone says he is. Torin also finds Brianna very much to his liking but does try to keep his emotions tight to his heart...but their is no resting Brianna its seem. Brianna is somewhat shy and not as strong as some heroines but with Torin being a strong Alpha male type warrior they work great as a couple. This book has the great secondary characters also that you want to know more of their story. So hopefully we will read more of Torin brothers and maybe even Brianna little sister. Lets hope!
