This is the first cook book I have read from Megan S. Stevens. I did find it a little different that some of the cook books I have read before. Ms. Stevens is from my understanding of her book and blog is on the healing GAPS diet. This book goes over eating very natural foods and doesn't use store bought type flours and such. With that said I did find that she was able to give me some great recipes! This a great book for someone looking to eat natural and find ways around certain foods...and cooking them. I am very grateful to have this book and hope that you find that it is a great book to have too!
